We offer free standard shipping on most EU orders. Expedited shipping is available at the following flat rates:

  • £10.00 — United Kingdom
  • €19.99 — Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Ireland
  • €29.99 — Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland

Free standard shipping applies to orders shipped to most European countries listed above (excluding Croatia, Georgia, Iceland, Russia, Turkey, and Ukraine).


🏭 Where We Ship From

SANNCE operates a European distribution center in the Czech Republic, which serves most EU destinations. This means faster delivery and no unexpected customs charges for EU customers in most cases.

In the rare event that our Czech warehouse is out of stock, your order may be shipped from our China distribution center. In this case:

  • Delivery may take 15–30 business days.
  • You will be notified of any significant delay.
  • Customs duties may apply (see section below).

🛃 Customs & Import Duties (Important for EU Customers)

For orders shipped from our Czech EU warehouse, no customs duties apply — your order is shipped within the EU.

For orders shipped from our China distribution center:

  • Customs fees and import duties may be charged by your local customs authority upon arrival.
  • These fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
  • SANNCE declares the accurate value of all shipments on customs documentation. If you need information about the declared value, please contact us at support@sannce.com within a few hours of placing your order.

VAT Note: Prices displayed on our EU store include applicable VAT where required by EU law.

📋 Important Notes

  • Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. SANNCE is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • When your package arrives, inspect it before signing. If the package appears damaged, you have the right to refuse delivery — please inform the courier of your reason.
  • If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@sannce.com within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where applicable. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
  • Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel a dispatched order, you may be responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable fees.
  • For heavy or oversized packages, delivery may take up to 30–50 business days.

🇪🇺 Your Rights & Returns

SANNCE offers a 30-day no-reason return policy — exceeding the EU legal minimum of 14 days. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of receipt.
